Shipping policy

When checking out you will have the option to choose either USPS or UPS. Not all options automatically have shipping insurance. It is highly recommended to use ROUTE+ Insurance, which is automatically added to your cart.If you wish to not have any insurance and take your chances, you can take ROUTE out of your cart, but please understand that I will not replace, remake, or refund any items uninsured and that were lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with ROUTE+, USPS, and/or UPS due to lost/stolen/damaged packages as it is out of my hands once the items are shipped.
